How do I join my club on Courtly?+
Your club administrator needs to invite you by email. Once you receive the invitation email, tap the link to create your account and join.
How do I book a court?+
Open the Courts tab, select a court, and tap an available time slot. Confirm your booking on the next screen.
How do I cancel a booking?+
Go to the Bookings tab, select the booking you want to cancel, and tap 'Cancel Booking'. Cancellation policies are set by your club.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+
On the sign-in screen, tap 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You will receive a link to set a new password.
I'm not receiving push notifications.+
Make sure notifications are enabled for Courtly in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications. If they are enabled but you still don't receive notifications, try signing out and back in.
I'm having trouble with my invitation link.+
Invitation links expire after a certain period. Ask your club administrator to send a new invitation. Make sure you open the link on your phone with the Courtly app installed.
